Gal launched her digital art company, See Thru Nikki, a digital design company specializing in custom graphic designs and logos. See Thru Nikki reached over 10 million impressions via social media by 2021and has been seen on Good Morning America, TMZ, People Magazine and Page Six. In 2022, was named one of the 101 cool, candid and courageous women in art by Goss Magazine.

In 2020, Gal launched an art piece titled, "Say Her Name" to bring awareness to six female lives lost due to police brutality in the United States of America. The piece was acknowledged by many public figures, including actresses Zoë Kravitz, Amber Riley and Tracee Ellis Ross, musicians Sheila E., Ice Cube and Ashanti, as well as American author and activist Ibram X. Kendi.

Specializing in fashion photography, Gal has photographed, creative directed and has worked with fashion model's signed with Wilhemina, Elite and One Management. Gal's clients have worked with Mugler, Valentino, Converse, SKIMS and Baby Phat.

Gal launched 2 fashion lines in under 2 years by 2023.In 2022, Gal developed a sustainable fashion brand, Gal Intimates, providing comfortable and affordable intimate wear. By 2023, Gal Swim was launched including Gal creative directing campaigns shoots across the United States and Aruba.

Both brands were showcased via social media campaigns in 2022 and 2023, featuring notable fashion models and influencers wearing the inclusive brand. The Gal Intimates campaign was creative directed by Gal, which included 20 women across the United States wearing the brand. Women of all shapes, sizes, races and backgrounds were showcased in the campaign, as Gal's mission for the campaign and line is to represent a turning point in the fashion industry.
