Nikki Gal is a certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach with a passion for holistic wellness and empowering others through education. Raised in a rural environment and surrounded by farms, she developed an early connection to nature that inspired her to live an organic, healthy lifestyle and eventually pursue formal certifications in health and fitness.

 

Her training provides a full perspective on wellness, integrating nutrition, movement, and mindfulness to support the mind, body, and skin as a unified whole. Through her own experiences, Nikki has seen firsthand how proper exercise and nourishment can transform both body and mind. Driven by a desire to expand her knowledge and share it with others, she uses her expertise to guide individuals toward balanced, sustainable lifestyles that promote long-term health.
